gbets Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Minimum Age Requirement

The gbets platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your actual age when creating an account. If anyone below the minimum age registers or operates an account on the platform, that account will be suspended immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 — Personal Use

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be cancelled and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

1.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

gbets may verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. If identity verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

The following information is required when creating an account:

• Accurate and complete personal information (name, date of birth, address)
• A valid email address used solely by you
• An active mobile number
• A secure password that you do not use anywhere else

2.2 — Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. gbets will not be held responsible for unauthorised use of your account.

2.3 — Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. gbets may suspend or close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Use of bots or automated software
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse

3.1 — Deposit Methods and Limits

gbets currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Identity verification must be completed
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met
• Withdrawals will be made using the same method used for the deposit
• The withdrawal amount must be consistent with the deposited amount

3.3 — Currency

gbets processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in another currency, a conversion rate will apply and gbets's decision in this regard will be final.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

gbets offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳10,000 and the bonus reaches its maximum, so you receive ৳8,000 in bonus funds and your total balance will be ৳18,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — read the details before accepting an offer
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled
• gbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer

5.1 — Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a dispute arises regarding a bet due to a technical error, gbets's investigation and decision will be considered final.

5.2 — Refusal and Restrictions

gbets may refuse or cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• In cases of clear pricing errors or technical issues
• Where there is evidence of dishonest betting activity
• If match-fixing or any other illegal activity is suspected
• If the outcome cannot be confirmed due to a technical failure

5.3 — Fair Play

gbets is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. If any player uses bots or automated software, colludes with other players, or cheats in any other way, immediate account cancellation will be carried out.

6.1 — VIP Levels

gbets has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Through regular gaming activity, you can advance to higher levels.

6.2 — Weekly Cashback

The weekly cashback rate for each VIP level is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is credited to your account on a set day each week. Your account must be active to receive cashback.

6.3 — VIP Level Changes

gbets reserves the right to modify the benefits, terms, or structure of the VIP programme at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes. If a rule violation is proven on any account, VIP status and associated benefits may be cancelled.
